If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving the goods. We must be made aware of this intention within 30 days of receipt of the item and you will need to provide proof of purchase/receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging with original labelling intact.

Returning Goods

- Please email hello@tifosioptics.com.au first to advise you would like to return the item(s).

- Items must be returned at your own postage cost and at your own risk.

- Returned items must be in original packaging, with original labels and unworn.

- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
